Where ancient movement meets modern life — Bharatanatyam classes for all ages, taught with devotion and tradition.
The Ancient Art
Bharatanatyam, the oldest dance form in India, originated in the temples of Tamil Nadu. Its universal appeal lies in precise body posture, intricate hand gestures, captivating eye motions, energetic footwork, spiritual music, and vibrant costumes.
"The most complete
classical art form"
A Living Heritage
First documented in the Natya Shastra by Sage Bharat Muni, evidence of this sacred art form dates to sculptures and paintings from the 6th to 9th centuries CE. For over two millennia, Bharatanatyam has preserved India's stories, devotion, and culture through movement.
